Quiet neighborhood still being built. Road is not yet paved, but easy to drive on sand in place. Only one currently built house on the block. One property being built across the street a few lots down. Perfect cell service with 5G available. Water and electricity available as well. Lot does need to be cleared of two trees and lots of bushes. There is only one neighbor in the back of the property but the rest of that block is empty. Only 4 minutes from US 41 and 7 minutes from the I75 on-ramp but far enough away to not be able to hear the traffic noise. Appears to be a great neighborhood for families with children.

Zoning: Florida Building Codes allow 40% ground coverage. For manufactured homes (Dca), a minimum requirement of 150 mph wind exposure (Exposure C) applies. Setbacks are 25 ft front, 15 ft sides, and 20 ft rear (or 25 ft if the rear borders a street). Mobile home, camping, RVs, Livestock, and Hunting are prohibited.
