Andy Flack has 41 years’ experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land, timberland, and high profile real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, developers, TIMO’s, REIT’s, private equity groups, and high net-worth individuals and families. His responsibilities include market and property analysis, and assisting clients with acquisition and disposition. Research, evaluation, technical support, and strategic planning are also inherent to Mr. Flack’s field and scope of services.
