Directions to Land

From Interstate 75, take the exit for Eisenhower Parkway (US 80) and travel west toward Macon's primary industrial corridor. Continue along Eisenhower Parkway before turning left onto Columbus Road, a major southwest connector lined with industrial and commercial users. Follow Columbus Road to Waterville Road and turn left, continuing south; the property at 1660 Waterville Road will be located along this corridor. From Interstate 475, take the Eisenhower Parkway exit and follow the same route west to Columbus Road and Waterville Road for direct access. Alternatively, from Interstate 16, merge onto Interstate 75 northbound briefly and exit onto Eisenhower Parkway west, then continue to Columbus Road and Waterville Road as described above, providing a direct route from Savannah and east Georgia.
